U.S., International, and Emerging Market stocks continued their advance in the 4th Quarter as the indexes increased 6.3%, 4.2%, and 7.4%, respectively.
The same indexes are up 21.1%, 24.2%, and 37.3%, respectively for the full-year 2017. After a long stint of underperformance, International and Emerging Market stocks outperformed the U.S. Market for the first time since 2012.
